A vendor-neutral assessment
I lead two delivery companies, so this question deserves a direct answer. The assessment and the roadmap are vendor-neutral. You own them, and you are free to implement them with any provider.
When you choose AUTOMERA or EjabiSoft to deliver, the benefit is continuity: the person who diagnosed the problem stays accountable for the result.
