The challenge
Serialized units had to be linked to their cartons and pallets so that a whole shipment could be traced from a single pallet code.
What was done
Four aggregation machines were delivered and integrated on the packaging lines, using camera verification to read every unit code and build the unit-to-carton-to-pallet hierarchy with SSCC labels.
The result
Parent-child relationships captured automatically at the line, ready for shipment-level traceability.
